Welcome to the first edition of the brand new blog series from your community of apartments in Spring! We’re thrilled to be starting this new blog, and we hope to use it as a way to connect with our residents, provide local recommendations, and give insights and tips about apartment living. We’ll be posting a new blog every two weeks, so come back every month for more recommendations on restaurants, coffee shops, day trip destinations and more.

For the first blog post, we thought we’d tell residents about some of the hot new eateries in the neighborhood. Spring is a great to live already, but it’s getting even better with the addition of these brand new restaurants and cafes! Whether you’re looking for a new upscale restaurant in the area or you’re happy to just have a fresh new place to go for lunch, we think you’ll appreciate a few of the restaurants in the list below.

Without further delay, let’s dive into this week’s post! When you’re done reading through this blog, please feel free to share the link to this post with your friends and neighbors living in your community of apartments near Spring!

The Butler House

This restaurant in a former private residence has somehow managed to create one of the best atmospheres of any restaurant in Spring. It’s laid-back inside, but the restaurant still manages to be elegant. The building is styled after a east-coast country home, and it’s got a gorgeous back patio that should be popular this fall. We love this place because it seems like the managers really care about their customers’ dining experience, and they’ve done a great job of creating a space where customers can feel comfortable.

Jin Korean BBQ

There’s a brand new all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ place in Spring, and it’s already growing in popularity with local residents. For about $26, you can enjoy fantastic Korean barbecue meats and bring your own wine and beer to the restaurant! The inside feels upscale without being stuffy. Jin Korean BBQ has more of a sleek, modern vibe, as you’ll see when you check it out for your next meal!

Nona’s Italian Grill

It’s always nice to find out about a nice new Italian restaurant! Nona's Italian Grill is classy enough to accomodate a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary, as their service is spectacular and the food comes out looking Instagram-worthy. We’re big fans of the complementary bread and olive oil dip that the waiters bring out at the beginning of the meal, but that’s just one of many tasty appetizers you can dive into at Nona’s. If you’re not sure what to get, allow us to recommend the eggplant formaggio appetizer.

Those are all the new restaurant recommendations we have for you this week, but we’ll be back in a couple weeks with another informative blog post. Thanks for hanging out with us here on the Rise Spring Cypress blog page, residents! We hope this post helps you discover some of the awesome new eateries in the area.
